01How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page from the navbar and paste your order ID. You can find it in your orders page or the confirmation email.
02What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), debit and credit cards, and pay-on-delivery depending on your region. You can pick a method at checkout.
03How do I return a product?
Most products come with a 30-day return window. Open the order in your orders page, choose Request Return, and the vendor will be notified. Refunds are issued after inspection.
04How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the vendor and your location. Estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout, with a final ETA on the tracking screen.
05Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through certified gateways with 256-bit TLS encryption. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
06Can I cancel an order I just placed?
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order — open the order and tap Cancel. After that, you’ll need to wait for delivery and use the return flow instead.
